Current processing time
We have increased our staff and can therefore usually carry out all orders as usual. As before, however, there may be a delay in delivery by the post office and that in such a case, unfortunately, no compensation can be claimed. (See below: Post service adjustment / Agreement).

Pickups possible again
We are happy to inform you that you can now pick up your orders from our warehouse in Bremgarten AG again 👉 but with limited pick-up times and under hygiene and protective measures for you and for us.

Pickups are still not possible
We receive many inquiries about when you are able to pick up your orders again at our warehouse, now that everything seems to be returning to normal for many. However, the situation is quite different for us. We are still seeing increased order volume that is still more than double, so we need all hand on deck to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. We are kinda getting used to this surge of orders – nonetheless, it is still far from “normality”.

We ask you for your understanding that we currently still cannot offer pickups. However, we are working on a solution. As soon as this is available, we will be happy to inform you.

Processing time

The whole fabulous team is doing everyting to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, however, we are also dependent on our suppliers and their logistics! Due to the Corona situation, there may be longer and unforeseen waiting times or there is a possibility that individual products are not available and will be canceled from your order.

Delivery Time Postal Service

In some cases, the Swiss Postal Service may deliver the parcels with delay.

If you have ordered fresh or chilled goods:
Fortunately Vegan products (except all products marked “sensible article” such as margarine) can easily handle not being cooled for several days.


You agree to the service adjustments and waive the right to claim damages aswell to claim back the delivery fee.

Important information regarding the pickups

Unfortunately, due to the current Corona situation and the greatly increased order volume, pickups are no longer possible from us in Bremgarten. Therefore, please choose the postal delivery. Thank you very much for your understanding. ❤

Tous ceux qui continuent à travailler dans les conditions que nous traversons sont des héros = MERCI pour votre engagement à travailler plus d’heures que d’habitude, alors que tout est si dur ces temps. C’est vrai que ce serait injuste de se plaindre de quoi que ce soit maintenant : on a juste à être reconnaissants si on peut encore manger grâce à vous 🙂
