Filets made out of lupine. An amazing alternative to meat. Makes a quick and easy meal with salad or vegetables. The delicious and tender flavour tastes great as a side dish to pasta, rice and Co., but also to salads and barbecues.
Alberts lupine products not only taste delicious, but they are also a great alternative to tofu and wheat protein. The seeds of the tasty plant the products are made with contain no cholesterol and are rich in unsaturated fatty acids and minerals as calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus.
