Finest Italian organic artichokes in olive oil from Alce Nero.Alce Nero's artichokes in oil are grown in Puglia and only harvested when they have reached the right degree of ripeness. After the harvest, the artichokes are cleaned and carefully inspected to select the most tender and tasty hearts. Pasteurization and filling take place at low temperatures so as not to change the properties of the ingredients.
How to use artichokes in Alce Nero olive oil
They are ideal as an aperitif, as a side dish, for seasoning dishes or enriching sauces for pasta starters.
