Chocolate at its finest! With the vegan cream powder you can prepare delicious organic chocolate mousse. Made entirely without gelatine, the mousse can be cooked vegan with Soy Cuisine or vegan and vegetarian with plant-based drink and cream.
Always tender and with 27% finest organic cocoa, very chocolaty and incomparably delicious.
Preparation of organic vegan chocolate mousse
Use the mixer to stir the powder into 400 ml of soy cuisine. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes while stirring. Let cool down completely and whisk vigorously with a hand mixer. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
