Shirataki rice is traditionally used in Asia. They contain low calories and carbohydrates, are gluten free and vegan. Incidentally Shirataki means "white waterfall".
With the white, tasteless Konjak rice, many dishes can be cooked up. With just one minute of cooking time Konjak noodles are ideal for fast, vegan cuisine!
Preparation: Organic Konjak Shirataki Rice
Drain Shirataki Rice and rinse thoroughly with water in a strainer. The typical taste of konjac will go away. Pour into boiling water and boil for 1 minute, strain and process according to recipe.
Instructions for handling and storage
Store cool after opening and use within 2 days. Not suitable for freezing.
