Wakame Seaweed by ARCHE – Dried sea vegetables from SpainARCHE Organic Wakame are dried seaweeds from Spain with a pleasantly savory flavor. The seaweed tastes delicious in soups, stews, salads, and vegetable or tofu dishes.
Rinse Wakame in cold water, soak for 5 minutes, then drain. Cook in fresh water for 2 minutes (do not use soaking water). Please follow the preparation instructions carefully.
Note:
Seaweed contains natural salt. Due to its iodine content, excessive consumption may lead to thyroid dysfunction. The German Nutrition Society therefore recommends an average daily intake of no more than 200 µg of iodine. Do not consume more than 1 g = 1 tsp of dried Wakame per day. Please follow the preparation instructions carefully. Despite utmost care, small shell fragments or similar particles may occasionally be present.

However, a free means free never 100%, because traces can be unfortunately no longer be avoided, even with the greatest care not. We and our suppliers make products inspected regularly, and have no abnormalities found.
