Preparation Vegan Brownies with Cookie
For your BROOKIES you also need:
Brownies:
» 100 ml soy drink
» 50 g soft margarine
Cookies:
» 50 g soft margarine

» Hand mixer with whisk and dough hook
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat and grease the loaf tin (20 or 25 cm) well. You can also flour them optionally.
Put the brownie baking mix with the soy drink and margarine in a mixing bowl and mix everything with a hand mixer with a whisk on medium speed until an even mixture is obtained (approx. 1 minute). Then you can pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth it out a bit.
The cookie baking mix and the soft margarine are also processed in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer and dough hook on the lowest setting until a smooth dough is formed. Then you can shape the resulting cookie dough into cookies with your hands and place them on top of the brownie dough in the loaf pan.
Now bake the Brookies on the middle shelf for about 22 - 25 minutes and then let them cool down in the tin. When they are cold, you can carefully remove them from the mold and cut them into pieces.
