Biovegan Cheesecake Brownies are the perfect combination of creamy cheesecake and chocolaty brownies.

This innovative recipe combines two flavors into a taste explosion and can be easily prepared in a vegan version.

Preparation: Vegan Cheesecake Brownies

You still need:

» 200 ml soy drink
» 100 g soft margarine
» 400 g soy quark or soy yoghurt
» Baking or casserole dish* (20 x 20 cm)
» Hand mixer with whisk


1. Preheat the oven to 170 °C top/bottom heat or 150 °C fan and grease the baking tin well. You can also flour them optionally.

2. Put the brownie mix in a mixing bowl with the soy milk and margarine. Mix everything with a hand mixer with a whisk on medium speed until an even mixture is obtained (approx. 1 minute). Pour the batter into the baking pan and smooth it out a bit.
