Baking Mix Pizza Dough Sugar Free, Gluten Free Organic, 300g
Biovegan organic baking mix pizza dough» With germinated seeds (11%)
» Sugar free
» Gluten free
Package contains:
300 g pizza mix
sufficient for 2 x 28 cm ø pizzas or 1 baking sheet (30 x 40 cm)
... just add:
» 250 ml water (lukewarm, approx. 30 ° C)
» 20 ml of olive oil
» Some gluten-free flour or starch to roll out
1. Preparation
Mix the contents of the baking mixture with 20 ml of oil and 250 ml of lukewarm water and process with a dough hook for approx. 2 minutes. Then knead the dough again by hand and shape it into a ball. Put these in a mixing bowl and cover with a damp cloth in a warm place for 30 minutes.
After the resting time, roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a well-floured work surface. Place on 2 round (ø 28 cm) greased baking sheets or pull onto a square baking sheet (30 x 40 cm) lined with baking paper.
Tip: For an extra light pizza, let the dough rest for another 30-45 minutes.
Then spread the pizza base evenly with tomato sauce or puree and top it as you wish. For example: fresh vegetables, e.g. peppers, mushrooms, courgettes and, after baking, fresh rocket.
2. Bake
Either preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the pizza on the lower rack for 20 minutes. Or preheat to 225 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the pizza on the lower rack for 25 minutes.

More than just a family business
(translated by google)Almost 25 years ago today Biovegan GmbH was founded with a vision for a holistic adequate nutrition of the BIO-pioneers Claus & Kathe Henneke. Biovegan is a 100% family-owned company, in which the human being, his comfort, and the family is at the center of action ever since. organic is more for us than just a product with a seal upon it. We attach particular importance to the purest possible products. So all animal ingredients, lactose or Hefezusätze be consistently avoided! We want to offer as natural as possible transparent products that are particularly tasty. Because both should not preclude together. This is our mission! With the introduction of a vegan Backferments about 25 years ago, with the invention of the BIO-baking powder and in 2009, the development of the organic-Konfitura (the first gelling agent with the organic seal), and a special recipe for a fine glaze, Kathe Henneke catered for innovative impulses throughout the organicindustry. To this day, she continues to be characterized responsible for the development of new and the improvement of all Biovegan products and none goes without their consent in the production and trade. Her daughter Nicol gets in her side. The transfer of parental philosophy about the products is in the foreground. The knowledge and experience of the older generation should therefore be transferred to the next generation in order to remain true to our origins.
