300 g pizza mix
sufficient for 2 x 28 cm ø pizzas or 1 baking sheet (30 x 40 cm)
... just add:
» 250 ml water (lukewarm, approx. 30 ° C)
» 20 ml of olive oil
» Some gluten-free flour or starch to roll out
Mix the contents of the baking mixture with 20 ml of oil and 250 ml of lukewarm water and process with a dough hook for approx. 2 minutes. Then knead the dough again by hand and shape it into a ball. Put these in a mixing bowl and cover with a damp cloth in a warm place for 30 minutes.
After the resting time, roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a well-floured work surface. Place on 2 round (ø 28 cm) greased baking sheets or pull onto a square baking sheet (30 x 40 cm) lined with baking paper.
Tip: For an extra light pizza, let the dough rest for another 30-45 minutes.
Then spread the pizza base evenly with tomato sauce or puree and top it as you wish. For example: fresh vegetables, e.g. peppers, mushrooms, courgettes and, after baking, fresh rocket.
Either preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the pizza on the lower rack for 20 minutes. Or preheat to 225 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the pizza on the lower rack for 25 minutes.
