Preparation of vegan vanilla cookies
You just add:
» 75 g cold margarine or vegan Butter
Put the vanilla cookies cake mix in a mixing bowl and mix dry. Add margarine in cubes and knead by hand for 3 minutes to form a smooth dough.
Fast and super easy! The dough can be processed directly and without resting time. To do this, cut the dough in half and shape into two 20 cm long rolls. Cut into 12 slices each with a knife and shape them into balls. Roll out the dough balls finger-thick with gentle pressure and shape into croissants like pieces. Carefully place the vanilla cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Approx. Bake 8 minutes at 180 ° C fan oven or approx. 10 minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar or powdered sugar while it is still hot.
Note: The pastries are still soft right after baking. Therefore let it cool down on the sheet to harden.
