Vegan Alternative to Scrambled Egg Organic, 50g
BIOVEGAN scrambled egg substitute - 100% plantbased alternative made from chickpea flour.

1. Preheat a coated pan well on medium-high.
2. Use a whisk to stir the contents of the pack with 125 ml of cold water.
3. Put some fat in the hot pan and then pour the mixed powder into the pan in 3 blobs. Turn the blobs after 3 minutes and heat them for another 1 minute.
4. Then pick up the blobs with two spatulas and heat them for 1 more minute. Now add a small piece of margarine, stir everything in the pan - done.
Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
