Instant Chicory is made from the Cichorium intybus root, that grows in northern France. The Chicory drink is rich in inulin, a type of fibre which acts a prebiotic (provides an environment favourable to the development of intestinal flora).
Use
Pour the boil water over one or two teaspoons of Insta Chicory. Suggestion: substitute water with your preferred vegetable drink for an even more gourmet beverage.
