Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us. By ordering from this website, the customer is concluding the following - legally binding - agreement with Syzzling GmbH:
1.1 By submitting your order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and accept the terms.
1.2 By submitting your order through our website it becomes binding.
1.3 We accept banktransfer, credit cards, Paypal, Invoice (digital and paper)
1.4 The invoice is payable within 10 days of receipt.
2. Delivery Area
We deliver only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
You agree to the service adjustments by Swiss Post and waive the right to claim damages aswell as to claim back the shipping costs.

3.1 If all ordered products are in stock, we generally dispatch the same day (except Fridays)
3.2 On Fridays, only dry products are shipped. (No fresh or chilled shipment over the weekend)
3.3 Should an item/items be out of stock, we will hold your order until everything is ready for shipping.
3.4 If there is a delay in delivery, we will let you know immediately by email
3.5 We do not make partial deliveries. We will wait until we have all products in stock and then we will deliver everything together (please check availability)
3.6 On Bank holidays we select the best possible delivery date

Overview Postpac Priority
- CHF 9.90 Flat Rate per parcel Postpac Priority up to 30kg
- Swiss Postal Service generally delivers the next working day
- Free Shipping on orders over CHF 199.-*
*If your order has a value of at least CHF 199.- and weighs more than 30kg, we will cover the shipping costs for the first parcel up to max. 30kg. Each additional parcel up to max. 30kg will be invoiced at CHF 9.90 each.
Overview Postpac Economy
- CHF 7.50 Flat Rate per parcel Postpac Economy up to 2kg
- Swiss Postal Service generally delivers within 2 working days
- Free Shipping on orders over CHF 199.-
PostPac Economy is only available for orders with products that do not need to be stored in the refrigerator and weigh a maximum of 2kg.
4.2 Chilled Packaging: The costs for the chilled shipping service can be found here Chilled Packaging and are additional to the standard shipping costs.
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices listed are valid gross VAT included.

6.2 Transaction fees
Transfer fees incurred by (foreign) bank transfer are to be borne by the customer, otherwise the goods are not considered to be fully paid.
6.3 Credit checks
If customers should choose to pay by invoice, we reserve the right to have a credit assessment carried out by a collection agency, Intrum Justitia AG, Eschenstrasse 12 in 8603 Schwerzenbach. Customers’ personal information will not be passed on for any other purpose, and will be treated with absolute confidentiality as required by data protection legislation. 6.4 Delay of payment
In the event of a delay in payment, we levy an administrative charge of CHF 20.- from the 3. reminder. Should the reminders be unsuccessful, the invoiced amount may be contracted to a collection agency (Intrum Justitia, Eschensstrasse 12, 8603 Schwerzenbach). In such an event, an additional effective annual interest rate of up to 15% may be invoiced for the owed amount as from the due date of payment. The agency contracted with the collection of the owed amounts claims the amount on its own behalf and on its own account and may levy additional service charges.
7. Shopping Voucher
» Vouchers can be used against goods for the fabulous Vegan Shop.
» Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.
» Vouchers may not be paid out in cash
» Only one voucher applicable per order
» The remaining balance expires
8. Complaints / Returns

8.1 We do everything we can to process your order to your fullest satisfaction. Nevertheless something can always go wrong. In that case we kindly ask you to contact us in writing within 3 days after receipt of your order with the following information:
» Name and Address
» Order Number
» Detailed and specific Reason for the return
» Photo, if the product has been damaged during the transport
8.2 Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. When returning items, the shipping costs is to be paid by you.
8.3 Opened packages aswell as products ordered by mistake will not be accepted as returns.
8.4. The shipping of fresh products without chilled shipping service is at your own risk. When choosing to have your fresh products shipped without chilled shipping service, all claims for possible loss of quality and/or shortened BBD (especially all fresh products marked as "sensible") are excluded. * All fresh products are marked specifically.
8.5 Should you have already paid for your order and an item is missing, we will refund the amount to your fabulous account. If you have paid by Credit Card or Paypal, the money will be refunded to that account.
9. Data protection
Syzzling GmbH guarantees the protection and security of the data provided by its customers. Customers’ personal information will be used exclusively to execute the orders. The address details and personal data will of course remain confidential, and will be used exclusively within the scope of order fulfilment and in compliance with the valid data protection laws.
An order form is used to place orders through the fabulous vegan webshop. The information contained on this form is used for order delivery, for order and delivery confirmation, for invoicing and, if necessary, to contact the customer.
It falls within customers' responsibility and duty of care to ensure that access to their registration data is suitably restricted. Syzzling GmbH is not liable for loss or damage that may arise as a consequence of unauthorised persons gaining access to customers' order data.
The fabulous vegan webshop meets the compliance requirements of the credit card issuers. Syzzling GmbH does not store any credit card information whatsoever.
10. Place of jurisdiction / Final Clause
10.1 Goods will remain the property of SYZZLING GmbH until payment has been made in full.
10.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of Bremgarten, Aargau, Switzerland.
