My Raw Joy Raw and Vegan Cookie Salted Caramel & PecanA soft american-style gluten free cookie with a lovely contrast of salted caramel and sweet flavors! We took some of our favorite snacks and turned it into a cookie format, using healthy ingredients like tigernut and pecans.
