Where beer was once brewed by the tankful, gluten-free organic products are now produced. In the old walls of the former Gurten Brewery in CH-3084 Wabern near Bern, gluten-free organic pastas, flours, cereals, biscuits and much more have been produced in the Manifaktur since 2017.
