Thanks to its mild taste and creamy consistency, it gives dishes that certain something. With 8% fat, it is ideal for light cuisine. For cooking, refining light or dark sauces, for soups, wok dishes or sweet desserts.
After opening, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days (max. 7°C).
