30 years Engel-tofu
30 years ago, some young people initiative began with the production of tofu. Back in Switzerland, a completely unknown product. First in a laundry room in Zurich, later in Ottenbach. 14 years ago, the company moved to Zwillikon.

Tofu in a craft operation differs in every step of production of industrial production. For example, the angel Tofurei the only operating in German-speaking Switzerland, which does not heat the soybean puree under pressure.
