There are very few areas where thyme cannot be helpful. One of the oil’s components is thymol, which has been successfully used for centuries in treating colds.
Thyme nourishes with its essential oils from the inside. At the onset of a cold, Thyme Salve provides a soothing warmth on the chest and back and supports mucus removal thanks to the thymol it contains. This happens naturally through our cilia, which act as a natural lung-clearing conveyor system.
Erva Thyme Salve contains high-quality plant extracts from thyme, sage, and coneflower. It provides a pleasant warming sensation on the skin and supports the respiratory system during cold seasons.
Usage:
The salve can be applied to the chest, back, and even the soles of the feet. A warming cloth made of cotton or wool placed on the treated area enhances the soothing effect. Erva Thyme Salve can be used in infants from 3 months. Adults and children over 6 years can add a small amount of Erva Thyme Salve to hot water and inhale the steam.
