This fine classic hummus has a mild taste, is creamy and is made from 100% Swiss organic ingredients. But this hummus is not that classic ;-)
Only ingredients from Switzerland are used, so you won't find tahini (sesame paste) or lemon juice. Instead, you can look forward to fresh sunflower seeds from Rickenbach and the best organic apple cider vinegar. By the way, the chickpeas for this hummus come from Uster.
Storage:
