Molino Andriani S.r.l. is one of the Andriani group's companies, originated after long experience in the agroindustrial sector and consolidated in time through important commercial partnerships.
Molino Andriani S.r.l. has based its business on the production of gluten-free food products containing corn meal and ground rice, which have no gluten.
After a long analysis on gluten-free products' trading (request, demand, need), we decided to be involved in this "gluten-free" project to satisfy both those who's got coeliac disease and people who gives great attention to their own nutrition following an healthy and balanced diet.
The project has led us to build a modern food factory situated in the Industrial area of Gravina in Puglia, a town in the middle of hills' chain of Murge.
We're the only European firm with a pasta factory and a mill dedicated exclusively to gluten-free food products. This will avoid the possibility to get a cross-contamination. With the support of an important commercial partner (the Buhler Group), and the use of the most advanced technologies, we've built this modern factory with the aim of producing gluten-free pasta of great quality, keeping the same taste, consistency and resistance of that with durum wheat when cooking.
Molino Andriani's food products, made with substances produced in Italy, are the synonym of guarantee and quality for the customer: the process of control is extremely rigorous, from the arrival of raw materials in the factory till the packaging of the products. First of all, the Quality's System provides for the raw materials' control (certificate of origin, control on gluten, OGM and allergenes' absence, systematic microbiological analysis, environmental contaminants' research); then, there's a systematic control on the production with chemical and microbiological analysis on the intermediate product and, finally, the finished product's control through the check of the gluten's absence in the products, the organoleptic valuation and a check on the correct packages' closings. Another important feature of Molino Andriani's products is the clarity, the completeness and the simplicity of all the information written on the label. This clearness in communication reveals how reliable the Company is.
