Lima Organic Ume Su - an alternative to traditional vinegar.Ume Su is used in vinaigrettes, vayonnaises, pickles and much more. Its taste goes perfectly with sauteed vegetables, rice, couscous or pasta.
Ume Su also enhances the taste of tofu. A shot of the two types of vinegar (Ume and Genmai) and a spoon of olive oil are enough for a wonderful salad in no time at all!
