An English classic "Salt & Vinegar" interpreted the Allgäu way. Natural Alpine salt meets finely acidic apple vinegar.
At Lisa's Chips, production takes place in Wangen im Allgäu, using mostly potatoes from local suppliers – all certified according to Bioland standards.
All other ingredients also meet strict Bioland criteria and are carefully selected. After a gentle bath in high-quality sunflower oil, the chips are kettle-cooked to a golden, extra-crispy finish. Finally, they are perfected with unique seasoning blends – for a natural snack with exceptional taste.

Kettle chips have been a tradition in England for a long time. Lisa brought them to Germany in 2005. We have been producing them in the beautiful Allgäu region since 2012, and for some time now they have been produced entirely according to Bioland guidelines.
Commitment
We wanted to become part of the Bioland association because the topic of sustainability is important to us in its entirety. The fact that no flavour enhancers or artificial additives belong in crisps was already a matter of course for us when we developed the idea of making Lisa's chips.
But we wanted to do more:
By deciding to become a Bioland product, we are making our contribution to a whole host of sustainability issues and promoting the preservation of biodiversity, for example. We also contribute to the protection of our climate.
And we are helping to spread the word about regionality, which is very important to us, because our potatoes come mainly from Bioland farmers in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. And our sunflower oil actually comes from an oil mill that we can see with the naked eye from production.
