Usage Zwergenwiese Organic Mediterranean: Try the fresh-creamy sunflower seed spread, for example, on bread, or mixed with soy yogurt as a dip, as a dressing for salad, or to refine dishes.
Store in a cool place (6° to 8° C) after opening and consume within a few days.

Our Onion melt was first created almost 35 years ago at home on a kitchen stove. Lack of money and a love of experimentation were motivation. It didn't take long before friends and local organic produce shops discoverd that the vegetarian Onion Melt was a tasty alternative to salami and cheese. Very soon a larger pot and ladle were needed.
Today our team at Zwergenwiese is 70 people strong. Now we produce almost 100 different types of fruit and savoury spreads, mustard specialities and tomato sauces.
