My.Yo Organic Joghurt Ferments VeganNEW: VEGAN yogurt ferment.
This ferment, too, has of course been grown on a plant-based nutrient medium - like the other My.Yo. Ferments - however, the composition of the cultures has been optimized so that the preparation works better with various vegan plant drinks and not just with soy drink.
The natural biological ferment My.Yo are meant for those who love the delicate flavor of fresh and creamy yogurt.
Each pack contains 3 boxes of milk powder sachet 5 My. Yo grams. With each sachet you can produce up to 5 litres of yogurt because the same product can be used 4 times to grow next preparation yogurt.
Therefore with a pack you can produce up to 15 litres of yogurt of the highest quality and always fresh.
