Who'd want to improve on what's naturally delicious? Organic soya blended with water. Couldn't be simpler. We don't call our Soya Unsweetened Drink for nothing. Ideal in your cuppa, sauces or in desserts.

Soya has many nutritional benefits and this wholesome bean has been used for thousands of years. Choosing to include soya as part of a healthier diet is easy with this tasty range of milk and yoghurt alternatives and delicious desserts which naturally contain omega 3 and 6, the good fats.

Verry berry muffins

Ingredients for 10 muffins
» 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
» 2 tsp baking powder
» 200 g Natural plant-based alternative to yogurt sugars free
» 225 g flour
» 1 tbsp baking soda
» 1 pinch of salt
» 6 tbsp of agava syrup
» 200 ml Provamel Organic Soya Drink Unsweetened
» 5 el groundnut oil
» 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Preparation Time 15 minutes
1 Mix all the dry ingredients.

2 Beat the wet ingredients and mix with the dry ones until you have a lumpy mass.

3 Add the blueberries.

4 Ladle in the muffin tins (+/- 10 pieces) and bake for 25 minutes.
