Saveurs et Nature
The company had its debut in Nantes in 2001, in the Pays de la Loire region.
Jean-Michel Mortreau then made organic chocolate in small quantities to offer his customers the "Resto'bio", one of the first organic restaurants certified in France. Thanks to the quality and finesse of his chocolates, Jean-Michel Mortreau was soon asked by the organic stores in the Nantes region who wanted to market them. This is how the Chocolate Savors and Nature adventure began!
Pure cocoa butter, without added vegetable fats and without soya lecithin, chocolates and all the ingredients that go into the recipes come from organic farming. The beans come from the Dominican Republic, Peru and West Africa.
All the characteristics of a great chocolate are revealed in an exceptional fondant: finesse, powerful aromas, intense taste, suppleness and length in the mouth ... an unforgettable tasting moment.
Organic chocolate Flavors and Nature, a food of pleasure and well-being
It is the cocoa butter that gives chocolate its nobility, its character and its virtues! Unfortunately, in trade, many synthetic ingredients alter its taste and benefits. At Flavors and Nature, any chemical or foreign to the traditional manufacture is systematically banned. According to these requirements, the Saveurs et Nature chocolate is composed of 43% cocoa butter (the European legal minimum for high-end dark chocolate is 31% cocoa butter), which gives it its incomparable taste and preserves all its nutritional qualities for the greater good of your palate and your health.
Organic products are produced without genetic engineering. The use of genetically modified organisms or their derivatives is prohibited in organic farming and processing and contradicts the self-understanding of the organic industry.
