We make whole vegetable products from pomace that can be easily integrated into your everyday diet, taste delicious and are good for you and the environment. We use vegetable pomace instead of flour for our products. As a result, our tortilla wraps and pizza bases are gluten-free, lower carb and high in fiber. Pomace is the pressing residue that remains after juicing and has not yet been used as food. What a pity! When juicing, most of the sugar goes into the juice and the concentrated fiber stays in the pomace. What a brilliant flour substitute!
