Spread Brotzeit "Obazda Style" - Vegan organic spread made from sunflower seeds and onionsThe spreads are made from sunflower seeds and refined with other ingredients. Onions, peppers and caraway seeds ensure the really yummy taste.
Use the Brotzeit Spread either pure on your bread, baguette or bagel or mixed with plant-based yogurt as a dip or dressing.
After opening, store in a cool place (6° to 8° C) and consume within a few days.

Our Onion melt was first created almost 35 years ago at home on a kitchen stove. Lack of money and a love of experimentation were motivation. It didn't take long before friends and local organic produce shops discoverd that the vegetarian Onion Melt was a tasty alternative to salami and cheese. Very soon a larger pot and ladle were needed.
Today our team at Zwergenwiese is 70 people strong. Now we produce almost 100 different types of fruit and savoury spreads, mustard specialities and tomato sauces.
