Bio Planète Organic Virgin Sunflower Oil - High in vitamin EOur virgin, cold-pressed Sunflower Oil is an integral part of a balanced everyday cuisine. It is a prominent source of vitamin E. Furthermore, the oil is valued for its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, for example essential linoleic acid.
Sunflower oil is easily digestible, yet remarkably versatile: it is most beneficial in its natural state, for instance with salads or raw vegetables and fruits. Its taste of nuts and seeds improves dressings, dips, and sauces. It can also be carefully heated and used for steaming and stewing.
