Vegan Soy Country Filets from Vantastic Foods.A different kind of textured soya meat! Highly aromatic soya fillets. Firm to the bite, coloured with caramel and authentically adapted to the taste of beef. Great in all sorts of vegetable dishes, fried with horseradish or other dips, prepared as marinated pot roast, as shashlik on skewers and also on bun and baguette with some hearty BBQ sauce, mustard or ketchup. A great product that lends additional value to the variety of our soya meat variants. Tip: Process these fillets in the meatgrinder to get a great "minced beef"!
Preparation of Vantastic Foods Vegan Country Filet:
Soak in hot vegetable bouillon for approx. 3-5 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved, squeeze out with your hands and then process like meat. After cooking, the product is 2-3 times its basic weight.
