Like Sugar in use
Xucker Like Sugar is as sweet as sugar. In a recipe with 100 g of sugar, simply use 100 g of Xucker Like Sugar. It is much more voluminous than sugar, it has 1.2 times the volume, which is why one heaping teaspoon of Like Sugar (=4 g) is equivalent to one level teaspoon of sugar (= 4 g).
* Consumption of foods/drinks containing erythritol and other sugars instead of sugar indues a lower blood glucose rise after their consumption compared to sugar-containing foods/drinks and contributes to the maintenance of tooth mineralization.
Storage: Always close can after use and store in a dry place. The product tends to clump even if it does not get wet. However, the lumps can be easily crushed.
