Kulau Seaweed Crisps Sweet Paprika Organic, 25g

Kulau Organic Seaweed Crisps Sweet Paprika with sea salad and vegetables - the best delicious alternative to chips!

Highly appreciated and consumed daily in Asia for thousands of years, seaweed becomes more and more popular in Europe, as it is very valuable for the nutrition conscious cuisine. Seaweed is high in fibre and protein, has low fat content and is virtually sugar free. It has a very high iodine con- centration for European standards, however. Therefore, the KULAU Organic Dried Seaweed should be enjoyed in moderation. Per day no more than 0.2 mg of iodine must be exceeded.

The KULAU Organic Dried Seaweed comes from a small, family-operated algae manufactory in Spain on the Galician coast. They are carefully picked by hand, gently air-dried below 40 °C and shipped free of any additives to Germany.
Seaweed Crisps

The unique KULAU Organic Seaweed Crisps surprise with their crispiness and an intense taste. Only natural ingredients are used in the production process. The addition of aromas or other additives has been dispensed with. The production of the seaweed crisps is mostly performed by hand. After preparing and mixing only fresh ingredients together, the mixture is dried very gently, not fried. The breaking into mouth-sized pieces and filling into packages is also done by hand. Thereby, every bag contains a one-of-a-kind product of the highest quality.

The KULAU Organic Seaweed Crisps Sweet Paprika consist of certified organic, wild grown sea lettuce from the Galician Atlantic coast.

Often coconut palms are grown in large industrial, focused on efficiency monocultures. However, a focused only on revenue increase plantation economy can lead to environmental damage. There are only a few profiteers, but many others who must suffer the ecological consequences later. The KULAU organic coconuts come from organic plantations where they thrive in mixed culture together with other tropical plants. With our local partners we ensure sustainable environmentally and socially sustainable development. This gives people in the growing areas perspectives and safety and also reflected in the quality of our products resist. We maintain lasting relationships with producers and value fair economies by maintaining high environmental and ethical standards. In addition, we build on an inspiring exchange with coconut stakeholders such as the UN coconut Agency in Jakarta (APCC), the Indian coconut Ministry (Coconut Development Board), as well as various research institutions (eg International Coconut Genetic Resources Network) and coconut-specialists (eg Dr . Bruce Fife). "We hope that we can make a positive impact in particular on the organic and sustainable agriculture in the producing countries through fair trade and environmental awareness," says Josefine State, founder of KULAU.
