With no other added ingredients, this Biona Organic plain tempeh is perfect for marinating and using in place of meat in a range of dishes, such as; stir fries and ramen. Tempeh contains all essential amino acids, so it's an excellent source of protein and also fibre, a nutritious addition to any meal.
