The beans come from the Dominican Republic, Peru and West Africa. Organic chocolate Flavors and Nature, a food of pleasure and well-being It is the cocoa butter that gives chocolate its nobility, its character and its virtues! Unfortunately, in trade, many synthetic ingredients alter its taste and benefits. At Flavors and Nature, any chemical or foreign to the traditional manufacture is systematically banned. According to these requirements, the Saveurs et Nature chocolate is composed of 43% cocoa butter (the European legal minimum for high-end dark chocolate is 31% cocoa butter), which gives it its incomparable taste and preserves all its nutritional qualities for the greater good of your palate and your health.
