Arche Genmai Su Organic Rice Vinegar - Traditionally fermented vinegar made from whole grain rice» Acidity 5.2%.
Genmai Su makes vinaigrettes, pickles, marinades and salads particularly delicate. But its taste also goes perfectly with cereal, vegetable and tofu platters.
The mild, full-bodied vinegar is matured using a method that is more than 1000 years old. Ideal for seasoning plant-based sushi rice, salad dressings, marinades and dips. Arche rice vinegar also rounds off lentil and bean dishes with its mildly sour note.
