The ingredients for tofu are few, but that doesn't necessarily make it easy to make. Months passed before she got the hang of it. But with passion, will and patience, a lot can be achieved - including the production of high-quality tofu from Swiss organic soy. At some point, the kitchen was no longer sufficient. Machines came along and the different ingredients had to be stored somewhere. The production site was relocated to a closed cheese dairy. Word got around that good tofu was made in Amriswil, and the products could soon be found in nearby shops. ENSOY was born in July 2021. A kitchen idea became a startup with ambitions. The goal is nothing less than the revolution in tofu enjoyment. Because hand on heart, tofu has one thing above all: an image problem.
