Germline Organic Onion Seed - The seeds are raw, natural, 100% vegan, and energetically balanced.Like garlic and leek, the onion originates from the Middle East. It pairs wonderfully with raw food, soups, or pasta.
Add an elegant touch to dishes with sprouted onion seeds. The mild, slightly sweet sprouts are reminiscent of artichokes and are an excellent source of protein and fiber. Perfect for salads, soups, or as a topping for toast – easy to grow at home and ideal for daily cooking.
» Consume in small quantities as raw sprouts of 3 to 4 cm.
» Soaking time: 12 hours
» Growing time: 10-15 days
Usage
For raw consumption in 3-4 cm long sprouts, as a flavoring in salads and raw food, or as an active seasoning for fresh cheese toast. Seeds for homemade sprouting using the Germline sprouting glass or Germline tiered sprouter. Soak seeds for 12 hours in warm water. Sprout time: 10 to 15 days.
Store the seeds in a dry, cool place. After sprouting, keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
