Preparation of Red Lentils couscous
Portion per person = 50g, mixing ratio 1: 1
Pour the boiling salted water onto the couscous until it is covered and let it soak for 5 minutes. Then you can process the couscous further and refine it with a little olive, nut sesame oil or margarine. Heat the couscous in a pan while stirring or heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds per serving.
