The gingerbread praline convinces with a combination of fine spices, tasty wallnuts, apricots and rum raisins. The flour comes from the historic Oberembrach mill owned by the Brunner family. The pastry is completed with a wafer-thin plate of hand-poured 70 percent fine chocolate from the Zurich chocolate manufacturer laflor.
