The vegan Leibacher Bibers are lovingly handcrafted using regional and carefully selected ingredients.
Freshly peeled almonds, spelt flour from the Zurich lowlands, and a hint of lemon create their fine taste. The medium-sized Biber is the perfect amount for a dessert for two or a generous afternoon snack for one. The Bibers feature a variety of seasonal motifs.
Biber is a typical Swiss specialty from the gingerbread family, beautifully decorated on the outside with traditional mold designs and deliciously filled on the inside with almonds or hazelnuts. Made from exquisite regional ingredients.

Das sind die Zutaten für die Leibacher Biber. Wir möchten mit unseren frischgebackenen Spezialitäten so viele Kunden wie möglich verwöhnen.
Beste Zutaten für die besten Biber
Bei der Herstellung unserer Biber scheuen wir keinen Aufwand und verarbeiten ausschliesslich hochwertige Zutaten. Jedes unserer Biberrezepte ist eine sorgfältig durchdachte Kreation.Bio oder aus der Region?
Wir verwenden wo immer möglich Rohstoffe aus der Region und aus biologischem Anbau. Doch um das Bio-Label zu erhalten, hätten ein paar Zutaten einen längeren Reiseweg auf sich nehmen müssen. Der konventionell hergestellte Marc für unseren veganen Biber kommt z.B. aus dem Rebberg in Wermatswil, durch den wir als Kinder immer so gerne gestreift sind. Für unsere Bibersorten verzichten wir deshalb auf ein Label; dafür macht uns das Essen Freude – weil wir wissen, was drin ist. Der Bioanteil unseres veganen Bibers beläuft sich auf 98%.Available immediately!
