Award-winning Rheintaler Ribelmais
The basis and the trigger for the founding of the new company Lütolf Spezialitäten AG is the Ribelmais. It has been awarded the AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée) quality label. A label that is only awarded to those products that are rooted in their region of origin, have a long-standing tradition there and guarantee added value in the region of origin. Our Ribelmais comes exclusively from the Rhine Valley, where it is grown on over 90 hectares by selected farmers. The cultivation and processing is carried out according to strict guidelines of the Rheintaler Ribelmais association and the company Lütolf AG. Now, as the Lütolf family, we are taking the next step as producers and distributors of regional and domestic food specialities.
