For this excellent VITA VERDE olive oil, extra virgin, Vita Verde uses only optimally matured Koroneiki olives from a small area of the Peloponnese / Greece. It is not blended with other varieties.
The optimal ripeness of the olives determines the quality and taste of a good olive oil. And it makes this oil so fruity and exceptionally healthy.
The cold pressing takes place below 25 ° C. The oil is not filtered and only bottled after several weeks, when the suspended matter has settled and settled.
