Bio Planète organic pumpkin seed oil roastedAccording to an old tradition, the kernels of the Styrian oil pumpkin are cleaned with clear water and gently roasted at 70 ° C. The seed coats of the kernels contain a lot of chlorophyll and carotene, which gives the oil a dark, glowing red-green color.
Bio Planète pumpkin seed oil has a distinctive taste and a wonderfully fruity, slightly tart aroma. Goes very well with leaf salads, raw vegetables and warm vegetables.
