This vegan specialty with plant-based chorizo made from pumpkin, onion, garlic, and olive oil is an artisanal specialty from northern Spain. All this gives it a powerful, unique flavor, reminiscent of traditional chorizo, without containing a hint of meat. Perfect for combining with vegetables or as an aperitif; we recommend adding it as a topping to hot toast – your guests will drool!
