History
Raphaella, Clément & Thierry are the 3 co-founders of Yacon&co. Thierry was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2015. He had to give up sugar. He tested a plethora of alternatives that didn't suit him because they were unnatural, ultra-processed and tasted awful! Finally, he came across yacon, a Peruvian plant with high sweetening power, but without the harmful effects of sugar.
