Shirataki pasta is konjac pasta and is traditionally used in Asia. They contain low calories and carbohydrates, are gluten free and vegan. Incidentally Shirataki means "white waterfall".
With the white, tasteless Konjak noodles, many dishes can be cooked up. Whether traditional fried, seasoned with mirin and shoyu or as pasta Napoli! Shirataki noodles do it all! And if you are in a hurry - with just one minute of cooking time Konjak noodles are ideal for fast, vegan cuisine!
Preparation: Organic Konjak Shirataki Spaghetti
Drain Arche Shirataki and rinse in a strainer with warm water until odorless. Pour into boiling water, boil for 1 min, sieve and process according to recipe.
Storage
Store cool after opening and use within 2 days. Not suitable for freezing.
